Healing Paws, Inc. Wisconsin is a 501(C) (3) nonprofit organization committed to enriching the lives of children and adults through safe interaction with therapy animals.
The positive effects of therapy animals on people suffering from and injury, illness or loneliness has been well documented. In fact animals are being used more and more as an integral part of patient rehabilitation.
Healing Paws, Inc. Wisconsin was started in 1996 as an independent pet therapy organization and it's members, which consist of dogs and cats, are tested for a sound temperament, obedience, and overall safety.
Our organization provides pet therapy services in Fond du lac and surrounding counties. We serve nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, schools and libraries. Our members also participate in numerous community events throughout the year. Many hours are generously donated by its members each year and we try to accommodate anyone who requests our services.
